Press Release: UberLight™ Launches “The Light Behind Great Listening”

[Toronto, Canada] – Reliable Corporation is proud to announce the launch of “The Light Behind Great Listening”, a new global campaign for the UberLight™ Frame, the premium task light designed specifically for vinyl enthusiasts and high-end audio systems.

Over the next six months, Reliable will partner with some of the most respected brands in the audio industry, including SME, Thorens, Clearaudio, Nagra, and others, to showcase how thoughtful lighting can elevate the vinyl listening experience. Through a series of social campaigns, videos, photography, and testimonials, the campaign will highlight the important role lighting plays in record care, setup precision, and the overall enjoyment of music.

“At Reliable, we have always believed that the listening experience is about more than just sound,” said Robert Kahn, Owner and Audiophile. “It is about the connection to your music, your equipment, and the small details that bring vinyl to life. The UberLight™ Frame was created to enhance that experience in a meaningful way, and we are excited to see so many respected brands embracing that vision.”

The campaign launches alongside a new video from Reliable that highlights the value of the UberLight™ Frame and its role in helping listeners better see, enjoy, and care for their records.

The UberLight™ Frame has become known among vinyl enthusiasts for its premium cast aluminum construction, ultra-low noise operation below 19 dB, and customizable lighting designed specifically for turntable environments. The light was engineered to minimize vibration, electrical interference, and distractions while providing precise illumination for records and stylus inspection.

Reliable believes that proper lighting is an often-overlooked part of the analog listening experience. Through “The Light Behind Great Listening”, the company hopes to bring greater awareness to how lighting can improve both the enjoyment and preservation of vinyl collections.

For $400.00 it should come with its own high end linear power supply. I would not put it near my audio gear without one. (Even if it was reasonably priced) It does not even have any power supply at all but you get a hand written $300.00 note.

I'd expect it's battery operated LED based, which would make more sense generally in terms of radiation from power supplies and cabling.

It has a USB C plug and comes with a universal USB C wall wart. You could easily adapt that to a linear supply or batteries. I have their earlier version that has a USB A plug that I run off of a linear supply

Yes then at least in setups which don't have completely seperated power cirquits for audio and lamps, a proper LPS would make sense (at least if every other lamp in the room as one, too). It then just probably catapults the price of a lamp to 1000$. Which is one of the reasons why I use a tiny LED torch or a tiny battery driven table lamp when more light is needed. To be honest, I don't really know who else besides reviewers or hifi show people need such a large lamp setup (except for initial turntable setup), but to each his own.

I have a great adjustable turntable light. I bought it at IKEA.

It did not cost 400 dollars.
